The timesheet configuration feature empowers administrators to toggle the manual check-in/check-out option, enable task-based attendance logging, and facilitate attendance marking through CSV or Excel file imports. These configurations can be applied to single or multiple roles.

Manual Timesheets: In this method, employees manually record their work hours for each day or week. They provide details such as the date, start time, end time, and possibly a description of the work performed. Employees can submit their timesheets to their supervisors or HR departments for approval and processing. 

  • Applicable Object: Manual attendance is applicable for specific roles within the organisation.

Timesheets by Tasks: This approach involves employees tracking their time based on specific tasks or projects they are assigned to. Each task or project has its own entry in the timesheet form, and employees allocate their worked hours accordingly. 

  • Applicable Object: Similar to manual timesheets, employees in designated roles can utilize this method to report their hours.

Import Timesheets from CSV/Excel Files: This method involves importing time data from external files, typically in CSV or Excel format. Employees or managers can prepare these files with the necessary time tracking information and then import them into the timesheet system. 

  • Applicable Object: Employee roles those data can be imported via CSV/Excel files.
