Invoice Listing

The "Invoice Listing" feature within the commerce module provides users with a comprehensive view of the invoices generated within the system. This feature offers various functionalities to effectively manage and navigate through invoices, making it easier for users to keep track of financial transactions.

Here's how users can utilize the Invoice Listing feature:

  1. Number of Rows Dropdown: Users can choose how many rows of invoices they want to view at once. They can select from options like 25, 50, 100, or view all invoices.

  2. Search and Filter Options: Users can search for specific invoices using relevant keywords, such as invoice numbers, customer names, or project names. Additionally, they can apply filters to narrow down the list based on criteria like date range, invoice status, and tags.

  3. Grid Columns: The grid presents invoices in a tabular format, displaying various relevant details for each invoice:

  • Invoice #: The unique identifier for each invoice.

  • Amount: The total amount of the invoice, which includes the item costs.

  • Total Tax: The sum of taxes associated with the items on the invoice.

  • Date: The date on which the invoice was generated.

  • Customer: The name of the customer to whom the invoice is addressed.

  • Project: The associated project for which the invoice was generated.

  • Tags: Any tags or labels assigned to the invoice for organizational purposes.

  • Due Date: The deadline for the customer to make the payment.

  • Status: The current status of the invoice (e.g., Draft, Overdue, Paid).

Actions: Each row in the grid provides additional actions:

  • View: Users can click the "View" button to open the invoice details for a closer inspection.

  • Edit: The "Edit" button allows users to make modifications to the invoice if needed.

Status Indicators: The status column provides a quick visual cue about the state of each invoice. For example, invoices might be labeled as "Draft," "Overdue," or "Paid," allowing users to prioritize their actions accordingly.

Users can filter data on the basis of estimations’ status e.g. ALL, Not sent, invoices with no payment records, recurring invoices, paid, unpaid, partially paid, overdue, cancelled, draft, 2023, made payment by bank.
