Goal Type (Mandatory):

The "Goal Type" field allows you to categorize the goal based on its purpose or category. For example, you might categorize goals as sales, marketing, project, or personal development goals.
Staff Member:

In this field, you can specify the staff member or employee responsible for achieving the goal. This designates who is accountable for its completion.
Achievement:

Here, you can outline the criteria for achieving the goal. This may include specific metrics, targets, or qualitative descriptions of what success looks like.
Start Date (Mandatory):

The "Start Date" field represents the date when work on the goal officially begins. It's the initial date for tracking progress.

Checkbox: Notify Staff Members When Goal Achieved:

This checkbox option lets you enable notifications to staff members if the goal fails to be achieved. It can be helpful for addressing and learning from unsuccessful goals.

"Save": This action button is used to save the goal after entering all the required information in the New Goal Form. Before saving, ensure that all mandatory fields (Subject, Goal Type, Start Date, and End Date) are filled out.
